But each time they block it, recieving countries get madder and madder. I understand they have now formed a Big Good Guy Team, which grows daily, and action is coming. Soooo, IMO it's just a matter of a little more time and the flood gates will open.

1-5-2012 Guru Enorrste Investment laws need to be in place for the free market economy to move forward. I think people are ignorant if they don’t realize this is a very complex process, both inside and outside the country...you have to have in place a legal mechanism to make the transition and I don’t think they’re ready yet. I sit in awe when I read these gurus who say its going to happen today or tomorrow or tonight for sure 100%. There is just too much that has to happen yet…even if some of them have been read already one or two times, they still haven’t passed and until they are passed, I can’t see this thing coming down…it will be weeks at least.
