SO THERE IT IS STRAIGHT FROM THE INITIATING SOURCE THAT WAS INVOLVED YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AT 3 PM E.S.T. WHEN THE ACTIVATION PROCESS OCCURED. FORGET ABOUT THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE HAWAII BANKS TODAY.

Several sites had argued the RV must occur prior to this because the RV is contained in the budget...we disagreed with that premiss and the fact that the budget has been published and the RV has not been announced would indicate our position was correct. The RV is not interwoven in the budget. However, we do believe there is a second budget waiting to be revealed as the RV occurs. ["continued in post 3...stay tuned"]
4-6-2012 Intel Guru Okie_Oil_Man it took awhile but here is the latest intel reported by impeccable sources--the r/v did occur and it encompassed 11 countries of which the iqd and vnd was 2 of them. They ran tests individually thru the system and was successful. There is still a very strong possibility (know what the word possibility means??) that it will be released when the hawaii banks open today.
